Package Your Footwear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoes are in their unworn, original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
